What is CPMlink?
CPMlink is a paying URL shortener that pays the user every time someone clicks on their links. Unfortunately I couldn’t get their service to work at all, so I will not be able to review their shrinking service in detail. If they fix the many issues I had and have something resembling a working website, I will revisit this review.

Payout Rates
Payout rates for URL shorteners are usually mainly based on Unique Visitors, Visitor’s Location, Ad-Blockers, Advertiser Specs/Orders and some other factors. Each URL shortener may handle these factors/policies differently which means your earnings could vary greatly from one URL shortening service to another. As a general rule-of-thumb, you should expect to earn around $0.60 – $2.00 per 1000 views for most URL shorteners. But it is very possible to earn hundreds of dollars from URL shorteners with enough work and effort.

Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Easy Sign up and website navigation is simple.
Cons:
- Couldn’t shrink a single link.
- When trying to shrink links, CPMlink was trying to load scripts from an unsafe source.
- Certain pages on the site are extremely slow, often taking longer than 10 seconds to load.
- Website is clearly created from the same template that many other bad URL shorteners have used. One would think that you would at least have a working shrinking system in place when you can focus all your efforts on that instead of designing an original looking website.
Conclusion
Avoid this site and instead use something like Shorte.st or Adf.ly. Nothing much else to say here.
